"This is the best cleaners I have found in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. They are very careful with your clothes and everything always comes out looking beautiful. I had had problems in the past with several cleaners shrinking my clothes and yes it does happen even though they're being dry cleaned. This has never happened with Encore.
