This is the best cleaners I have found in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. They are very careful with your clothes and everything always comes out looking beautiful. I had had problems in the past with several cleaners shrinking my clothes and yes it does happen even though they're being dry cleaned. This has never happened with Encore. You can trust your expensive designer clothing with this cleaner.

After being a customer of Organic Dry Cleaning and dropping my clothes off for the last time when she didn't even want to greet me or look at me. Just a 3 figure amount given with no eye contact, I was pushed to this gem! I am so happy I was! Smile always on their face as they greet you by name. Knowing their customer's names, tho we are not weekly customers, was such a special touch and made me happy to give them my money. We have been happy customers of theirs for 3 years now, but we are moving away this month. I am definitely going to miss our lovely dry cleaners. That might not be something many people can say about theirs.

Spilled dark red wine on new custom cream couch. If that wasn’t bad enough we were out in Telluride, Colorado over the weekend (no dry cleaners open). We brought our cushion back to Scottsdale to be dry cleaned four days later🤦♀️
Knowing I’d have to pay even if they couldn’t get the stain out (completely understandable). Crossed my fingers, to my biggest surprise…
They got the WHOLE STAIN OUT!!! The stain was about 12 inches long, 5 inches wide!!

It's been a minute since I've worn clothes that needed to be sent to the dry cleaner. My husband and I were invited to a very special dinner and we decided to dress up. We did pull out a few classic great quality clothing that we had stored in the closet. The dress I chose was 100% silk and this made me nervous thinking about sending it to the dry cleaners. My husband wore nicely tailored pants and a sports jacket. All items that we took to Encore Cleaners came back great. They gave us a discount as first time customers, service was great and we were pleased with the work. The pricing was average and reasonable.
